Citibank’s Recovery Plan? Gouging Customers

We went to Hawaii this year. Combined with some hotel reward points, three plane tickets and a week in a nice resort hotel were all free. It was a great vacation. Iggyshouse Down!

But, the site has been down for the last several days. I was finally able to find this article suggesting that this is not a temporary glitch. Needless to say, we are re-evaluating.
